Oh hockey. You won't disappoint me (tonight since the Flyers play tomorrow). After months of watching baseball, it's good to see some action. #NHL

I hate this. I hate this. I hate this. I didn't feel good about this from the start between the injuries and heat. I am justified in being worried. This is a sports post.

We've got a very intense order today. Very large, hard to knead. This is 30 seconds of what has been a good 5 minutes of biscuit making. Yancy takes orders day and night. He's very committed to his customers.

Doing a work AI training with the video using a clearly AI narrator. 2 different earrings are a big tell. This is a 'let's use AI! It's great!' training so it's extra funny.

I really, really hate that I know what all of these words mean in this order. Also, it misses the whole Ed Sheeran/Macklemore/Robert Kraft debacle that also happened today.

One of my least favorite things is extreme exhaustion and trouble breathing after doing something fairly low effort. Drive the kid to school for example. Getting home and collapsing in bed because your limbs decided they had enough and your lungs are hurting for air

Rights for thee, not rights for me. Fuck any Dems who do this. I won't vote for your sorry ass. I happily don't vote for people who vote to take away rights from my family and those I love. Looking at you, Cory Booker.

I go back to work today after a few days off around the holiday. August was incredibly busy and I was basically holding on by the skin of my teeth. I crashed, as expected, as soon as I had time off. I also forced myself to do a few things while I was off. So I am still on E. Good times.

I had forgotten how much mushing there was in the pilot of due South. I obviously remember Fraser and Ray K riding off into the sunset on a sled, but I probably haven't watched the pilot in forever.

Once, at my doctor's, with a splitting migraine and waiting for a blood draw, I screamed at the awful woman at the front desk who HAD A FUCKING SCENTED CANDLE BURNING IN A DR OFFICE. She was absolutely shocked anyone would say anything.

A couple of new beauties from @peculiarityshop.bsky.social today. I snatched both of these as soon as I saw them.

A silver wing ear cuff is being held between two fingers on the hand of a white woman.

A bypass ring with two seemingly clear stones is on the hand of a white woman. The top stone is a teardrop shape. The bottom is a circle. The band looks like a branch.

Niche, but I would remake The Sentinel. It's still an awesome concept. Can you imagine how good it could be with a budget and ... actors that can act. Oh, and it would be explicitly queer instead of just unintentionally.

So work has been super busy all week. Like, I worked at least 50 hours and probably need to work over the weekend. Long story short - I have missed *everything* this week. I basically read my morning newsletters and then work. So anything good happen? Bad? Weird? Spooky?

Pictures absolutely don't do this ring from @peculiarityshop.bsky.social justice. It's incredible. The last picture shows the earrings I got as well. Such fun mail today!

A white woman's hand that has a black filigree tattoo on it, shows off a ring. The ring is large and open at the top. There is a stone on one side that is shimmery and a deep green/red. There are silver and gold organic looking branches around the stone. There are green gems on some of the branches.

Three sets of earrings sit on a black textured wrist pad. The first pair is silver circles with purple amethyst drops. The second is a pair of screw back geometric earrings in a triangle shape. The last pair is small deer skulls in sterling silver.

Don't worry. The GLP-1 you want to try to help your chronic inflammation and your sleep apnea will be denied because your insurance doesn't cover weight-loss drugs.

I am alone until tomorrow afternoon/evening. The spouse and kiddo are at his mom's. In the last hour, I burned two fingers on one hand and stabbed two fingers on the other. This was all so I could smoke some weed. Not even after! I should not be left unsupervised.

Got a few really gorgeous earrings from @peculiarityshop.bsky.social today. I had to take the skulls out for a twirl. Very light. The only reason I know they are there is I had to re-open one of the holes.

A white woman with blond hair, wearing a mask and green glasses shows off a green patina skull earring.

Last Monday Harper - per usual - tripped her way up the steps. This time she actually strained her ACL which means mostly bedrest and carrying her around so she doesn't end up tearing it. She is a bit over my weight limit - 45lbs - and hates being carried so she is not a happy girl. What a week.

A black dog lies in a bed with gray sheets and a green blanket. Her ears are a bit askew and if this picture had sound, it would be soft dog snores.
