I'm so underqualified to rate this book like I normally would, but what I can say is that I really enjoyed it as a non-history-buff! I'd be so much more into the Roman Empire if more people led with the words "erotic mime" Also the antiracism and feminism throughout were awesome #booksky

My cat- adopted too young, feral, given up <1yo for not instantly getting along with another cat when they moved in w someone. 2nd owner didnt make it a month, left him in the apartment hall. I went to urgent care his 1st full day w me. Now he's my Velcro cat. All he needed was patience and love.

I haven't figured out if I'm uniquely bad at folding minizines, or if they're just never going to fold as perfectly as I want (I mean, I can do origami just fine...) So I'm remaking my zines to be printed double-sided, cut in half, and stapled into tiny booklets. #zine

I initially left them in water (changing frequently) for a few weeks, and once they were thoroughly rooted and sprouting I moved them to soil! They seem really happy & even grow back after harvesting
