I figured I could use this for stuff I enjoy n since I love running I will share it here and see how it goes! Today was a key endurance run as I managed to run 7+ km under 50 minutes at London 7:30am at 8c, chilly af Great, beautiful and my first time trying this route! #running #london #bliss
