Viddar @vineuro.bsky.social · 20/06/2026Why don't you make the tool publicly available on your website? 110
Reposted by ViddarAmber 🌸 @shimmermathlabs.com · 16/06/2026is the For You feed so good you forget to actually follow people? i have that problem so i made a little page to show you accounts you engage with but haven't followed. give it a try! shimmermathlabs.com/follow.html (sorry @fubarchitect.com for not following sooner) 1311421
Viddar @vineuro.bsky.social · 15/06/2026@chromaticconundrum.bsky.social Great game! I'd love to see a builder where the community can build their own levels and play them! 000
Reposted by ViddarDominik 🔮 @tkdodo.eu · 09/06/2026I'd want the opposite of "mute thread" on @bsky.app as a feature: "subscribe to thread" à la slacks "get reply notifications". Really useful when someone asks a good question and I'm interested in seeing the answers. 510412
Viddar @vineuro.bsky.social · 09/06/2026I think this feed already exists: bsky.app/profile/did:... 010
Viddar @vineuro.bsky.social · 01/06/2026Thank you! But it is only visible to you as the creator of the feed, right? So no one else is able to see it, right? 100
Viddar @vineuro.bsky.social · 01/06/2026@spacecowboy17.bsky.social Is your "For You" feed also recommending completely unknown posts with 0 or barely any likes? Like a discovery mode that occasionally injects random posts between the ones it's confident you'll like? 000
Viddar @vineuro.bsky.social · 01/06/2026When using a custom feed in the official Bluesky app, what do "Show more/less like this" actually do? 1. Are these signals passed to the feed generator (atproto), allowing it to learn from it? 2. Or are they only used by Bluesky itself to personalize my own experience on top of the custom feed? 100
Viddar @vineuro.bsky.social · 25/05/2026@josiahhawthorne.bsky.social You seem to me that you are familiar with Lotr. I would like to ask you a question: Should I read The Fall of Númenor or The Silmarillion after finishing The Lord of the Rings if I want to learn more about the world? 110
Viddar @vineuro.bsky.social · 08/05/2026I recently purchased the Sharkoon Skiller SGM50W. Does anyone know how to find out how much battery is left? 000

Viddar @vineuro.bsky.social · 23/10/2025Why is it that #Ubuntu / #Linux can't handle RAM? I have 16 GB of RAM. It worked fine under Windows for years. But under Linux, the system crashes when RAM and swap are full. Why does the ENTIRE system crash (log in again) and not certain programs or something? This never happened under Windows. 110
Reposted by ViddarGlitch 💻😺 @glitchfur.net · 28/01/2025I think modern computer software was a mistake and we should go back to our roots of developing for limited hardware. The same amount of electricity that could power MS-DOS for a year is now used to ask Copilot how to save a Word document to your local Desktop instead of OneDrive. 1523454337
Viddar @vineuro.bsky.social · 27/11/2024Crypto is a SCAM! Bitcoin is not! How is Gold not a piramide scheme? The main value of gold doesn't come from the real world use case. It's because Gold has specific properties, which makes it a good investment asset. Bitcoin has better properties. Study Bitcoin! 000
Viddar @vineuro.bsky.social · 25/11/2024To what extent is it important that it has an alternative use case if most of the gold price doesn't depend on it anyway? I would also agree that being nothing else than purely money is a positive thing. 010
Viddar @vineuro.bsky.social · 25/11/2024But if you would only reduce gold for the practical reason, then the gold price would be much cheaper. But because Gold has some special properties, it is used as an investment asset. If you study Bitcoin you will notice, that Bitcoin has the better properties, which explains its long-term rise. 100
Viddar @vineuro.bsky.social · 25/11/2024The same reason, why the Government doesn't sell their Gold. China buys Gold although they can print their own money. 110

Viddar @vineuro.bsky.social · 28/09/2024I don't agree. We need more people. BlueSky was built to be a bigger platform. We need more decentralization. If you want to be around not many people in your own bubble you should search for forums or so... Which is also a valid want. But BlueSky needs way more people. 011
Viddar @vineuro.bsky.social · 15/09/2024Why is it that you can't stream Audio to 2 #Bluetooth devices at the same time? Is it a software Problem? Could it be fixed with the next Bluetooth version? Or do i need 2 physical senders in my phone? 000
Viddar @vineuro.bsky.social · 13/09/2024I found a good website for the Statistics for the Fediverse: fedidb.org Does anyone have a similar website for the statistics for the AT protocol? 100
