(when working today I encountered a game breaking bug, it's been patched now) #hotbugfix #indiedev #TWW (when I named the game this won't work.. I wasn't referring to the game itself..)

Auto investigation - player would consistently, nonstop read out the first search option in the room. Trapping them in a loop.
This was caused by a misuse of the 'call' vs 'show' function for screens; it was simple as a switch of words- it must've been a last minute change I made but failed to notice. It should all be good now 😮‍💨 so sorry for any trouble it caused anyone!

Happy September, I hope everyone is doing well and had a fun safe summer!

First and foremost before getting too into it, I would like to take a moment to thank you all so much for your continued support. I know this project has taken some time, but I truly want to deliver the best I can. So again, thank you for your support and patience. I greatly appreciate that you took the time out of your day to visit my corner of the web yet again!
Of course, expect an update on Halloween. (Not to over promise, but I intend to make this the spookiest Halloween update yet!) I try to avoid promising things, in case I fail to deliver- but I can promise you this at least! (Hell this most recent updates already pretty unsettling in some aspects - obviously I won't say too much here, as to not spoil any extended/added scenes from the September update)

Besides that, expect more:
- Gui tweaks in the next update (par for the course at this point)
- Personal History between characters
- Music
- Scene extensions/additions
- World Building/history
- Additional Art/Writing
(Especially as I receive more feedback and comments from players, most likely will end up adding more like last time and lose track.. 🫪)
