How to make more money without adding more content? - Direct existing users to your money pages - Share the "link juice" with pages that need it - Create topical authority .. by creating links with pages that need it. Hard to visualize, if you don't visualize it. #seo

Pages have 90 incoming links. Looks healthy? All 90 are nav links. Zero content links. Google has no topical context for it. 15 out of 97 pages have this problem. Woops. Verified with Screaming Frog. Built a tool that separates the two. It's free to use, so drop your URL. #seo #buildinpublic

Bluesky is so weird compared to X. An oil painting has 2000 likes, a deeply technical post has 2. Like every single time 🤔

SEO gurus, travel bloggers, I need your help.. My site is getting lots of impressions but the CTR's are way below the benchmarks. I can be 3rd in SERP (see screenshot) but have 0.5% CTR. Strong brands and AI overviews vs me? Bad title and meta? Or what.. #buildinpublic

Ville Laukkanen @villelaukkanen.com · 13/02/2026

Top 3 SERP results getting 0.5% CTR's isn't exactly great.. Time to change metas and titles for some pages needing the change the most and hopefully I'll start getting more visitors :) So much better than trying to keep up with these in Google Sheets or smth.. #buildinpublic

I have a hobby website. I got tired of thinking and manually changing titles and metas in WP. Even more tired of trying to manage internal linking. Uses page intent, content, SERP position etc. Cause it's more fun doing the stuff you actually like. A full blogging/website suite in the making.

Portfolytics is now live in the Shopify App Store! I have worked in ecommerce (Ecommerce manager, senior ecommerce data engineer etc.) for years, but getting your own product (finally) out there hits very differently from any new job or a promotion. So proud of myself! #buildinpublic

Yesterday I was excited to notice that one graph had wrong numbers in his app 🫣 It was nice to do some detective work to find out what was wrong without even touching the code. Today, sent my first Linkedin DM to get more beta testers 😒 A founder's gotta do what founder's gotta do #buildinpublic

I need to combine Storeleads/Storecensus data with Linkedin data to DM the best prospects to get beta testers to my Shopify app. Are there any decent tools that let you do that? Doing the combining manually seems exactly the type of work that should and could be automated? #buildinpublic #shopify

It's hard to optimize an ecommerce store if you don't know which collections sell. Shopify's native reports only show sales in product and shop level. --> I created an app (zero setup) that instantly show's sales in collections and categories. portfolytics.app #buildinpublic

Ahrefs getting into web analytics is quite interesting as GA4 sucks (I really liked UA). 1M events/month/site FREE, and it doesn't use cookies nor collect personal data. Will be interesting to use it side by side with GA4 in some project. ahrefs.com/web-analytics

Stupid question but how do you guys n gals use the same "templates" in WP when the length of the pages varies a lot? I feel like copy pasting some blocks is not the best way long term. That also makes changing the page layouts later cumbersome. Tips or links to good sources would be appreciated 🙏

It's important to keep in mind to use the right tools for the job. - Simple script when possible -Chained tasks over "autonomous agents" It's fun creating complex solutions but better save them for when they are needed 😎 #buildinpublic
