Been watching The Sopranos lately and the last thing I expected to see was a character named “Larry Boy”

Found someone on twitter using AI to reanimate Ghibli films and seeing Whisper of the Heart (my fav) really made my blood boil. Not only for soiling the director’s grave, but for stripping the art from a film all about making art.

Happy 23rd bday to this classic (and no one else…)

I listened to Pet Sounds for the first time today. Easily one of the best albums I’ve ever heard. RIP Brian :(

Holding back tears🥹 That was the most beautiful ending I’ve ever seen in any game.

Putting my next YTP and first video essay script on hold for another ranking video. I’m almost done writing and ready to record, but I could really use some editors this time around. Leave a comment or dm me if you’re interested and I’ll send you more details.

If YT’s copyright bots didn’t suck so much, I probably would’ve made 10-20 AMVs by now…

That awkward moment when you’re halfway done with writing your first video essay only to start editing your next YTP…

I would love to do a video on why JCS is one of my favorite musicals. Either talking about the show itself or reviewing the four filmed versions. Which one sounds more appealing?

Tbh I don’t have the energy to do an Oscars recap or a video on why El Mal is the new worst original song winner. I’m officially burned out from this award season and I think it’s time to move on. With that being said, MICKEY 17 THIS WEEKEND!!!

VillageDigby @villagedigby.bsky.social · 03/03/2025

This Oscars ceremony was a flawed but entertaining one. A lot of amazing wins, but still a few serious duds, Conan was phenomenal and it made me wish he hosted the last two shows, and Anora went home with the most awards. Also, we never have to think or talk about Emilia Pérez again🎉🎉

So far the best thing to come out of this award season has been David Tennant performing “500 Miles” at the BAFTAs.

For some reason I have a specific fondness for characters who realize that they've been fed lies their entire life, yet still choose a path of righteousness and to do good for the world in spite of (or because of) having their entire worldview shattered.

I'm supposed to fly somewhere in a couple of days. Planes are already my least favorite mode of transportation, but that fear has only heightened after these past few weeks.

I have the idea for my next YTP. The only problem is I have to wait two weeks to start working on it.
