Oh, interesting. So this is how they’re treating it.

Thankfully—ACE allows me to finish up the National Dex here so I feel considerably less bad about transferring things in.

Shiny Celebi and Jirachi aren’t flagged for Pokémon HOME. Weird.

Thank fucking God they added 3,000 more slots to Pokémon HOME.

I think it’s safe to say I’m experiencing some form of burnout. I wish I could take it easy but so much of my time-sensitive tasks right now are dependent on other people.

While I do feel it’s great to find a balance between an ego and humility, I respect the heck out of a person that puts others before themselves.

though i am almost positive that "that crowd" is going to ruin this server for a majority of people so i probably will not be active there but i hope folks have fun

The first BloodRayne game on Xbox (specifically we had the demo disc from a subscription), and for some reason Rayne's death noise kind of freaked me out, too! It was very uncanny. That was also one of @laurabaileyvo.bsky.social's first major voice roles, if I recall.

Another honorable mention is when Noah and I shared a room as kids, we had a TV with a DVD player and we left the Tarzan DVD on the menu all night. It was a quiet menu with no animation, so I was just trying to sleep with Tarzan staring at me.

A heartbreaking but very true reality.

I've had an ingrown hair underneath my beard for the past week and it's driving me insane. I might just shave my beard just to deal with this. 🥲

SGB was admittedly how I also learned to beat Death in Castlevania as a teen… 😅 Guess it comes full circle because I recently learned how to beat Death in Super Castlevania IV via the same means…

Shit—I might have missed some news. I hope everything’s alright! 😭

Replayed Super Castlevania IV to get a better grasp on the final boss—and was able to beat the final boss without save scumming. I did use the hidden cross sub weapon and triple shot, though. I can really see why folks like this one, though!

I’m fearful of starting the demo knowing I’ll likely want to play more and put myself in a two-week torture. God, I’m so fucking excited for this game.

I'm still quite curious about this. I wonder if they're going to allow this in the future for Kiwami 1, in any regard. Kiwami 2 works, but only the Limited Run Xbox One release. The series X version doesn't. Same case for 0. The Limited Run release works for D2D, but not the Director's Cut.

Stereo field? No problem. Too heavy in the low end? No problem. Using a volume fader? Panic. 🤣

I still find myself thinking that I’m a pretty mediocre music producer. I can clean up a stem pretty nicely, but gain-staging is oddly where I think I suffer the most in the mixing process.

I work at a lot of other folks' mercy, but this is somewhere where I can't really budge. Emails are also generally a lot better for me in terms of recordkeeping because things don't get lost as easily there.

I feel like I get strange looks for this, but genuinely the best way to reach out to me is via my email. Not Instagram DMs, not Bluesky DMs, and not even Discord DMs. If you need me for something important (and immediate), then email is the way to go; it is also on my website. 👍

Glad to hear Sega's opted into disc-to-digital. Strangely enough... Yakuza 0 works, Yakuza Kiwami doesn't, but Kiwami 2 does. REALLY weird.

I thought Sega opted out of disc-to-digital? I also don't see this game listed on any of the online lists.
