This number is dry weight. Basically it is what you weigh after they pull the fluid you retain since the kidneys don't function. Right now mine is based on a week where I had a stomach virus and everything came out faster than it went in. So I go home sick everyday I get treatment.

After almost falling while getting weighted out of dialysis and almost falling a few time trying to get into my apartment I'm home. Since there isn't anything to eat in the place and I don't have any money for take out so I'm going to bed. Not really much else for me to do.

Sad Otters need more hugs. If I could I'd hold you and rub your tummy. I understand being sad and miserable. Almost 2 years ago I found out I had End-stage renal disease. Trust me I've had days I wanted it to end. I'm still trying to keep going. You could very well bump into someone tomorrow.
