Also, the examples the article lists cause the exact opposite reaction for me: give me exact wattages for microwaves and exact temperatures for washing machines! ahahahah What is hot water supposed to be? Hot for what? Showering? Is it 40, 60 or 90 degrees Celsius?

I can't whip eggs by hand, I am not able to... And the gas oven doesn't cook as well as an electric oven: the heat comes mostly from below and doesn't spread equally.

US paperwork is always "yeah it doesn't matter, it's just a formality" and then they ask you to review the thing 10 times until you do *precisely* and *exactly* what you had to do... which they didn't explain you in advance because "it doesn't really matter" Either it does matter or it doesn't 😵‍💫
