posting on behalf of corey (that-was-anticlimactic on tumblr); a preview of her fic for @vellichorbnha.bsky.social pre-orders have been extended so be sure to check it out!! ✨ vellichorbnhazine.bigcartel.com

a zine preview image. the background is a dark red. the top of the image reads: "Vellichor / A BNHA Dark Academia Zine". underneath that in a bigger font is: "Answer the Call or Fall / by: Corey". then it says: "December 23 - January 30 ? vellichorbnhazine.bigcartel.com / @vellichorbnhazine". on the right side of the image is the author preview. it reads: "

“Shut up, all of you!” Hagakure shouted, wind whipping her hair. “We’re mature enough to know that arguing won’t help! Let’s just take a breath, find shelter, and—”

A loud crack interrupted her, ripping through the air. The ground beneath Hanta wavered, shifting like something wanted to break through, moaning and wailing.

Then it gave way.

And they fell.

Someone screamed. Maybe they all did. Hanta couldn’t be sure.

Dirt poured over them, burying in their eyes, making a home of their hair. Wind whipped their face, it felt like their insides were climbing up their torso. Hanta coughed and spluttered and then—

Nothing."
