childhood ✨ ~~~ old Procreate picture that i still really love the vibes of... want to do something more free-form like this again, maybe physical art vs digital?? thinking thoughts... #artsky #art

a drawing made from the prompt "childhood." there is a pink Gameboy Advance with Pokemon Leaf Green playing on it, still on the start menu. the GBA is sitting on a folded blue blanket with light stars on it. there is a sketchbook underneath that with a Bulbasaur drawn on it, hidden under the blanket, with a donut-shaped eraser and a pencil

my beautiful baby boy........ Amarus is the first character i drew where i was really figuring out my current style and so i think i have an insane bias towards him even tho he had nothing to do w this LMAOOO, he's also insanely fun to write though anyway. Amarus time :3c #artsky #oc #ocsky

Amarus (OC) stretching with his hands behind his head. he looks a bit upset, but he's not really -- kinda just has RBF LMAO. he has an amulet around his neck

This is a vital message: one of the larger reasons BlueSky is refreshingly free of alt-right shitlords is because in the early days we made a gentleperson’s agreement to starve these fuckos out and it worked. No likes, no quotes, no engagement. They got bored and left. Please keep the Old Ways.

CLARIFICATION : The Trevor Project's hotline will still be live. But basically this means LGBTQ people can no longer be connected to it through the US national 988 suicide prevention hotline. They will need to be contacted DIRECTLY So spread this around They can be texted. They can be called.

A screenshot of a website laid out in a two-by-two grid:

Top-left, a line-drawing image of a cartoon woman with braided hair looking at text messages on her smartphone with a smile.

Top-right, "Text us from anywhere, anytime. Standard text messaging rates may apply." "Text 'START' to 678-678" button, "What to expect +" link.

Bottom-left, "Reach out to hear a live voice on the line." "Call us at 1-866-488-7386" button. "What to expect +" link.

Bottom-right, side-by-side line-drawing images of two cartoon people. On the left, a cartoon woman is holding her phone to her ear and looking up at the night sky. On the right, a cartoon phone agent is sitting in front of a laptop with a headset on in front of a bright, sunny sky.

one of my friends picked up writing again b/c she was watching me get so excited about writing. and i dunno. that’s pretty mf cool being the reason someone starts creating…… idk. it’s an honor, i think humans being creative is so so important. always has been. always will be

000

vel 💫 @velitor.bsky.social · 15/06/2025

it makes me wonder like. how i can use that energy to help others. because i think creating is about more than creating things for people to enjoy, right?? some of the joy is from maybe, JUST MAYBE, being the reason someone else starts creating (again or for the first time)

100

vel 💫 @velitor.bsky.social · 15/06/2025

last week at therapy, my therapist was almost… shocked. at how passionate i got when discussing creating and our reasons for creating and our mentality behind creating and why all that is so important. and i’ve been thinking about that legit all week

omg anotha OC sketch!! Romet (rome-ay, b/c he is fancy), is one of the characters in my novel WIP series!! he doesn't show up till book 3, but i think he's in the top 5 of my alpha reader's character ranking. he's snarky. he's flirty. he's also gay #art #ArtSky #oc #OCsky #writing

Romet, an original character in my novel WIP, in his concept sketch from last year. he has big wings, an even bigger attitude, also he has a Fyre in his hand. he's wearing a toga-like robe, necklaces, and small dangly earrings
in the speech bubble: hi darling ❤️

still one of my favorite pieces i've ever done me thinks will always love the concept of apprentice Adam and u can pry that from my cold dead hands, along with my unfinished fic idea for squeezing it into canon and-- #art #ArtSky #SAW #apprenticeAdam #fanart

apprentice Adam Stanheight staring at the 'camera' over his shoulder while sitting on a tile floor. blood is in some of the crevices of the tiles. in front of Adam are three sheets of paper with various trap designs and notes on them, all inspired by traps from the movies.
