F o e @veiledfoe.bsky.social · 06/10/2026i have to take excedrin, or i will thrw up, & i can't afford to thrw up, because that will only make the breathing/swallowing issue worse, & then my neck & head will hurt even more. i've suffocated after swallowing a pill, i've struggled to speak, i've had my airway close when i thrw up. it's icky. 100

F o e @veiledfoe.bsky.social · 06/10/2026subluxations may heal, but the changes made from that injury are long-term to life-long. unless i get surgery + pt, i probably can't ever have a stable neck. the reality is that it affects so much more than bone: pressure, veins, nerves, other parts of the body, flaring, sensory, stuff like that. 100
