Kyouko Sakura from Puella Magi Madoka Magica does a transformation sequence. She throws her ring into the air and as it flashes, it bursts from the panels. A bow appears on her head, her uniform materializes into existence. She pulls up a stick of pocky and puts it between her teeth before twirling the spear that's acting as panel borders. She's surrounded by licks of red flame, but it becomes clear that significant parts of her body are covered in burn scars, deforming her ear and covering her arms.

And yet, she still wears a grin.
