I ended up overhauling my website's art gallery page! OC info is now separated from the art, with shortcuts to each section where it's relevant. This was fucking confusing to make but it was worth it!! vaporluck.neocities.org/changelog

It's genuinely so crazy to compare my art of the same character from only a couple years apart and see how much I've improved.

I just wanted to try doodling her again, since my last attempt from a couple years ago looked absolutely atrocious. ...I think I did pretty good!

I'm gonna be honest, I'm really starting to get fed up with my current artstyle. I feel like I can't really draw anything cool with it. At the same time, I'm worried about a few things...

CRYSTALA is going through a MAJOR shift. I'm redoing practically the entire concept. I originally came up with Crystala basically as an excuse to "play dolls" with my characters with no real reason. Then it evolved DIRECTLY from itself and it became very hard to figure shit out.

slight sona redesign :P! my goal here was to simplify things and make ambiguous details more obvious. as well as drawing at a much smaller scale for consistency with my other characters. i think i did good!!!! doesn't stray too far from the original.

I've been wanting to redo Monoko's main art for at least a year and a half by now, but it's always been so difficult for me to draw. Well, I finally got the drive to actually commit to it, and I'm pretty happy with it. I decided to actually draw a non-Mantle version as well.

Thread of stuff from my old .ase files I never updated. A lot of it is old trash that I scrapped for looking bad... Mira's old drawing had a layer for her hair.

I just discovered some really old art lore about how some piece of art I made was actually for a comic idea (pre-comic CRYSTALA) called "CHARLOTTE'S BIG DAY" and I apparently drew a logo for it??? The "R" and "O" would've looked like her eyes. ...I have absolutely 0 recollection of this.

Cass: Creative Exercise @vaporluck.neocities.org · 18/12/2025

Back when CRYSTALA was a game concept, I wanted to call Charlotte's shop theme "Charlotte's No Good, Very Bad Day".

Here's a bunch of old FL Studio recordings I saved for some reason. This one's from September 21st 2022... one of the first FL projects I made that didn't involve a very specific game I was into at the time.
