I try to give myself at least an hour to do OC-tober but today I only had half an hour 🥲 My dream is to someday learn to manage my time better

Day 4 of #bweirdOCtober: underappreciated character Gonna keep the villain theme going. This is Ethelred, from Antemortem and he's probably my favorite villain and does not get the credit he deserves for how evil he is 😔 Another quick one because it is HOT today #art #ocart #artprompts

Advertisers telling FA that plus sized characters are too sexual, then telling CSP to remove kissing references because it's too sexual, is a great example as to why advertisers are bad, and trying to sanitize the fandom is a waste of time. Advertisers, paypros and puritans belong in the bin.

Day 3 of #bweirdOCtober: old character Not that old, but Cassandra's from a WIP I've been writing for years now. She's a seer and an antagonist in the first part and also I just really like her, lol. This isn't too fancy because it's too hot to draw today 🥲 #art #ocart #artprompts

Day 2 of #bweirdOCtober: new character He's not really that new, but I haven't introduced him and I recently did a little redesign of him, but here's Marcel. He's a jerk, lol And yes, I got lazy on the background #art #ocart #artprompts

Chapter 19 of Adventures in Spacepunk is up! Mia finally meets up with all of her brothers, but the circumstances are not ideal. Maybe they could work things out...? #art #oc #OCSky #Galactiquest

I'm sure some of you have heard that Tapas is shutting down by now. I want to say something about that. When I was 15, I uploaded the first pages of CTC on Tapas. When I dropped out at 19, I was picked up by Tapas to make DPS Only. Now at 26, I wake up to see headlines that Tapas will be no more.

FYI, from Toocheke. They added a Tapas migration feature.

A screenshot of an email that says

Import Your Tapas.io Comics Into WordPress
You may have seen the news about Tapas shutting down. If you or anyone you know publish there, you’re probably wondering what happens to all of your comics and years of work.

We’ve just added a new import feature to Toocheke Companion (available in version 2.23+) that can move an entire Tapas series into WordPress for you — including episodes, images, thumbnails, and original publish dates.

It keeps everything in order, so you don’t have to manually copy and paste hundreds of pages.

On a serious note, while I'm sad Tapas is shutting down, I'll be alright. My work will still be finished and posted on other sites and I know I can gather up a new audience. The hardest part will be losing the connections we've all made on the site.
