So I’m on a major health revolution and I’m just a few days of changing my diet and exercising more… my energy levels are, wow. Breakfast today?! A pear from my garden, oatmeal with walnuts and flax seed with a “super green” sludge water lol. On a role!

While Star Trek Day (Sept. 8) celebrates the premiere of The Original Series, Star Trek's world premiere was actually September 6—when "The Man Trap" aired on CTV in Canada.

Blissfully ignoring the hot mess state of the world and worried more about choosing between starting Lioness from the start or starting Silo.

This is so extremely sad. One of my most favourite actors ever. I’ve loved him since I was 4 and saw him in Annie. RIP

My work meeting turned into a Star Trek conversation really fast today. We all agree that a section 12 show needs to happen and Chris Carter should be involved, and a really gritty HBO style section 31. I just want more trek shows lol 😂
