I finally started a new job not quite three weeks ago. While that IS good news, I am feeling like my 56-year-old brain just can't absorb new information as quickly as it could 20+ years ago. I feel like a really slow, old computer with a hard drive full of useful information but requires patience.

I have the strangest cat. She has no interest in most human food, not even meat despite cats being obligate carnivores. However, when I plate up spring mix salad, she tries to dive into my plate. I guess she wants to be a meme cat.
