People elsewhere seemed to enjoy this so bugger it, you guys can have it too. I took what I've learned about how FFXI does fonts and turned it into a TTF. It's not perfect, but, it's (in my opinion) better than the Vana'diel UX one floating about, link in the second post

Given the dialogue box some more polish to be more FFXI-themed if you select that option. All configurable to any kind of way you want it to display! The speed UI band under the dialogue box also fades out now and the auto-advance has been replaced with a FFXIV styled rotating icon.

Months of development in Hymnus and I'm proud to say the gif exporter feature in the model viewer can now output transparency with only minor issues, and produce a near seamless loop. My days of lots of photoshopping to make stupid gifs are over.... Kupo.

So in my continuing development on Hymnus, I was getting models and vfx hooked up for all of the early development zones sat in #ffxi game data and.. Found an airship? I've never seen this mentioned or documented anywhere, I thought it was neat. Very different from what we finally got.

@sandorara.bsky.social ported Masamune from #ffxi to #ffxiv for me, and I've got to say, it is absolutely, completely and stunningly gorgeous. It's honest to god better than I think SE themselves would do if they ported it. I wish I had the words to describe how thankful I am.

These are not the best quality (DXT3 can be a pain with alpha at times) and missing their colouring since the game applies that in-engine, but these are all of the times I could find in the game files from a quick look. Hope this helps! (1/2)

I lied. One more thing about it! (maybe) Reaaaaal glad I coded this to go up to 1000% as the original version of my code only had handling for up to 300%. On the whole though, I really hope how well this project went is a sign I'm moving in the right direction.
