The Toronto Maple Leafs were last eligible for the draft lottery in 2015. They won it and selected Auston Matthews. So yes they’ve been eligible for the lottery twice in the last 11 years and won both times. Literally 100% of the lotteries they’ve been eligible for. Seems legit. #NHLBruins
