Very lucky to have snapped this pic of a super rare Tube-faced Husky from just a couple of meters away. Little is known about them, but they presumably use their giant round snouts to hoover up snacks off the forest floor

Tonight's 750 mile line of thunderstorms, a good chunk of them severe, rumbling from Dodge City KS to Minneapolis. We had pea size hail and a short lived tornado scare, but I'll take it for the 2 nights of badly needed downpours ⛈️🌧⛈️

I have a 55 gallon composter where zillions of microbes, molds, fungi, worms and arthropods galore all work together to turn discarded coffee grounds, eggshells, rotten fruit, dead leaves etc. etc. into this lovely black gold. My compost emplyees and I should be tax exempt, is what I'm saying 💩🪱🦠🪰🪳🌱
