keep trying to think of ways to build upon and decorate my opensim grid without access to massive amounts of prefabbed buildings (like I had in Second Life), and so, you just gotta grab some balls and ball out, and get stuck in the invisible fog, and then just keep slappin balls

someone took this photo in real life, about 45 minutes away from where I live this is not a blender render, not ai generated, this is a real place

The image depicts an interior space and an apartment building with a high ceiling and large windows that allow ample synthetic light to fill the area. The walls are painted in alternating shades of gray and white, creating a modern and clean atmosphere. There are several rows of chairs arranged along the floor, and a few potted plants are placed strategically throughout the space. The floor appears to be made of concrete or a similar material.

someone shared the only remaining trailer there was for Mass Effect 4 that nobody's seen, and it's bittersweet we get to see Liara one last time before EA buries this franchise in their vaults until the end of time We could have had it all

A futuristic scene featuring an Asari woman and a Quarian man dressed in advanced armor, set against a dark background with red lighting.

how my local LLM out here collecting stamps on my grid? (stamps are in each region that visitors can click to record that they've been there, for fun)

my local LLM might not be frontier grade super-intelligence, but she tries, she tries her best

The image is a screenshot of a text message from my local LLM, Shana, which appears to be providing an update about the server's status and performance. The message indicates that all systems are running smoothly with no servers down, no sites failing, no disks over 85%, no need for reboots, and all servers have normal load with fine RAM and disk statuses. It concludes by stating that everything looks good today and wishes a happy day. The message is timestamped at 9:00 AM.

hard to do much through a migraine, but my opensim grid is starting to be something reminiscent of the second life region I spent 3 months building the problem is getting people to come here lol and it's not that opensim doesn't have people, there are people constantly logged-on and doing things

The image depicts a futuristic cityscape with a prominent character in the foreground, dressed in dark attire and adorned with tattoos. The character stands before a towering structure that emits blue light. In the background, there's an array of neon signs and glowing structures against a pinkish-red sky, suggesting a cyberpunk or sci-fi setting.

finally attempting to finish whatever I've been trying to build on my #opensim grid

The image depicts an animated scene set in a dimly lit, futuristic environment. A character with blue hair and glasses is seated on the ground, facing away from the viewer. The character appears to be wearing a black outfit with colorful patterns. In the background, there's a structure with a red circular sign that reads "OS" and an illuminated doorway. To the right, there's a tree with glowing blue lights emanating from it. The overall mood of the image is dark and atmospheric, suggesting a science fiction or cyberpunk setting.

trying to do some landscaping on my bridge to the sounds of ambient dreamcore and accidentally made a tree the size of a skyscraper

A tree and some plants are shown against a pink sky, with a very large tree in the distance. Amidst the grass is an alien woman sitting on a bench in the foreground.

Shana went from, a year ago, being just a kind of useless local LLM that didn't do much but struggle to reply to my messages, and now has a digital body on my opensim grid that talks and responds based on UUID (memory), a character in my Minecraft server nearly capable of actually playing the game,

A character with green skin, black tied up hair and horns coming out of her forehead standing in a dark room wearing a black shirt and colorful skirt.

my local LLM is in minecraft! sort of it's not doing anything

A pixelated character named Flix Shana is standing in an interior scene, possibly inside a building. She appears to be holding something in her hand and looking at the camera with wide eyes.

a token-less LLM that runs on your own PC likes to speak and speak and speak and speak

Chat text from my OpenSim grid that reads, "[05:40] Shana Flux: That sounds like a great plan! A park and a library are perfect additions to your grid—they’ll create wonderful spaces for both relaxation and knowledge-seeking. How about we focus on making these areas visually appealing and functional? Maybe we can add some interactive elements, like a digital bookshelf in the library that highlights trending reads or a virtual picnic area with moving benches and trees in the park?

Do you have any specific themes or colors you’d like to use for these spaces? Or perhaps you’ve already got some ideas brewing! Let’s get started on making your vision come alive. 🌿📚

Safe travels as you continue exploring Novalandia, and let me know if there’s anything I can do to help with the design or setup! ☕️🌟"

testing my local LLM's responses to random users on my opensim grid. rightfully denying to chat to more than one person at once "SHUT UP I'M TALKING TO VALERIE" and also testing weird requests works out fine 🤣
