Finally got around to making another captioned picture thingy #nsfwart

The Concordance of Ruler and Subject, signed in the 389th year of the 6th Age, was a turning point in relations between the crown of Nearbrook and her citizenry. The agreement guaranteed for all subjects certain rights and privileges, and marked the end of a century of growing resentment toward the royal family.

In addition to promises of employment, justice, and fair taxation, the Concordance provided a pathway to a more equitable a representative government, with early drafts of the document outlining the eventual establishment of a full representative democracy.

However, this initial plan quickly proved unpopular, for the citizens of Nearbrook fully accepted that the divine right to rule was present in royal bloodline. Instead, they wished to intermingle that bloodline with that of the common folk. In this way, the next generation of rulers would be tied to both the crown and the public.

It was thus decided that each queen of Nearbrook would bear the offspring of common citizens. Until pregnancy was confirmed, the queen would dedicate all her time to coupling with any and all interested subjects. Even after successful fertilization, maintaining positive sexual relations with her subjects would be the primary part of her duty. After delivering her child, she would of course seek to achieve another pregnancy as quickly as possible.

It has been nearly 19 years of the signing of the Concordance, and the great kingdom of Nearbrook is stronger and more united than ever. A new queen has just been crowned, and she is eager to begin fulfilling her duties.

I see the first page of the itch support subforum is filled with "my game isn't indexed" complaints, so that makes me think maybe it's a widespread technical problem or a new policy change. Or maybe there's just too many games getting uploaded lately and staff can't the volume? #gamedev

Can't put "regular pregnancy" on the "mixed success" roll and "twins" on the "complete success" roll because the complete success roll happens too often, that should be saved for a crit.

#ttrpg #nsfw Trying to design some rules for impregnation in a ttrpg. The mechanic feels okay but what the hell does "mixed success" on getting pregnant mean? It can't be "takes multiple tries" because that doesn't work for "come back later and find out they're pregnant" scenarios.
