The surgical assistant rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to slow down connecting him to all The wires so as to not overwhelm him. We sent it in for set up and he didn’t have it 5 minutes before he hacked out of the AAC app so he could play with settings. They have since changed settings and ability to access the buttons twice.
