Moving forward, we’ll need more arcaded sidewalks on commercial streets. They provide protection from hot sun, a bit of wind protection, and add more floor area above. How about we rezone the less wind risky north-south streets with these? I’m looking at you Valencia, Polk, and maybe West Portal!
