I don't know why you're making things up, but it was NOT an agricultural lab. The incident involved the Irkutsk Anti-Plague Research Institute of Siberia and the Far East, a research facility located in Shelekhov, Russia, dedicated to studying the plague and other dangerous infectious diseases.

We all know they were always going to accuse him of many things. Thats what they do. But being too cautious cost us all. Unfortunately I don't think justice will ever be done. Lots of avenues to go down to help make roadways safer. I think as a society we have to be careful with how we choose to do it. Unfortunately when we give too much power away for a perceived safety it can have negative repercussions.

Ok, I won't argue the data. Im sure thats generally true. I also know in my small town, everyone knows the laws about pedestrians and crosswalks. And everyone knows running someone over in their car, will bring allllll kinds if consequences. But every year several people get run over.
