Cantal just can't stop finding trouble, it seems! The rat got into the hydrogen gas meant for the bases' barrage balloons. Seems neither the balloons nor the other soldiers on-base were too keen on just letting the rat get away with it, so they took the "smoke the whole carton" approach~
