Decided to revisit this idea, but from the front this time!

And the last of the commission batch for @satsumalord.bsky.social ! Was great to work on these and shake off some of that rust <3

Commission for @satsumalord.bsky.social ! Don't always play with proportions like this, but was definitely a good warm up exercise.

It was brought to my attention my DMs only allowed people I followed? Woops, that's been changed now! Sorry if anyone had been trying to message me, but you're free to drop a DM now if you were trying before (my bad lol)

Dunno if I mentioned this but I lost my job in June and it's been rough. I was denied SNAP and they're threatening to cut my power so if anyone wants to help that'd be great I'm open for standard comms here: forms.gle/NgsoxV9iXbbA... And these cream themed portraits here: forms.gle/6Ar4ukdzHuSS...

Aside: Jenna is meant to be low-key failgirl; woman is in a frequent state of "do you need assistance" (:3c

And the sorta-sequel. Jenna spends the rest of her pool day sulking in a lounge chair. It also doesn't fit her.

Do any artists have any advice for burnout, or just feeling totally shitty about your art? I can't remember the last time I felt this bad about it, regardless of external circumstances. I don't necessarily think my art is... bad, I just feel no joy surrounding it in general right now.

I've been lurking on F-list to try and fish up comms and it's funny how many people come at me wanting to fuck my characters but are then just like "damn you're nice to just talk to as a person" lmao.

Trying to find new artists here and begrudgingly turned reposts back on. I got so tired of all the drama and politics on my kinky space, when I get enough of that normally, but I think I've muted enough words and tags by now lol

The reason artists don't like random followers being too buddy-buddy and personal with them is because it's very likely you're just trying to get on our good side for preferential treatment, especially if we have no prior interactions. Trust me, we can tell.

My unemployment ran out and I BARELY have enough to cover this month's rent and that's about it. If anyone wants to commission me, that'd be awesome. I already lowered prices to try and get more folks in, but even if you want to donate a little that'd be awesome. forms.gle/g1kcPJE5fnAu...

I'm still here. I just finally gave in to the age verification instead of juggling devices or VPNs or whatever. Still incredibly burnt out from work. It turns out working with extreme bigots is extremely exhausting.

000

underwear-ninja.bsky.social @underwear-ninja.bsky.social · 29/12/2025

Been making headway on my sleep problem but at this point the main reason I'm not posting is because 1. Depressed with my really hostile work environment 2. I can't find a consistent way to get around the age verification shit here. I might just... give them my info at this point but eugh

underwear-ninja.bsky.social @underwear-ninja.bsky.social · 15/12/2025

Sorry I haven't been drawing/posting much I'm still working out this sleep stuff. tl;dr I have a form of sleep apnea and have to do a more thorough study before any serious measures are taken. For now I'm experimenting with various products and just going to bed earlier

underwear-ninja.bsky.social @underwear-ninja.bsky.social · 08/12/2025

Starting sleep study/therapy this week. REALLY hope it leads to something fruitful because being so tired and brain foggy all the time is miserable on the art front. Can't visualize for shit anymore.

Commission for ebaandina on FA Wasn't sure if I wanted to upload this here, I typically keep larger characters like this to my NSFW space, but I think the overall theme is fine. Got to experiment with coloring on this one, always a nice change of pace
