I spent the weekend here: "Trigg's Station," about 4 miles NW of Harrodsburg KY, was established by Stephen Trigg, a settl and Revolutionary War officer. He settled here in 1780, during a turbulent period in Kentucky’s early history, marked by conflict with Native American tribes and British forces.
