We're closed Sept 30 for National Day for Truth & Reconciliation. Today we wear orange to honour survivors of Canada’s residential schools & mourn those lost, to acknowledge the colonial structures that continue to harm Indigenous people & the work we must do to dismantle them.
Group of people walking outdoors on the University of Manitoba's Bannatyne Campus on a sunny day, most wearing orange shirts, several with the words Commitment, Accountability, Reconciliation and Equity on the back.

It was a joyous #PrideMonth across Manitoba, but the fight for equality shouldn't end in June. #2SLGBTQIA+ folks still face many forms of discrimination, barriers, & inequities. Let's keep showing up, speaking out, & fighting for a world where we all feel safe & supported.
