cypro is a non-bioidentical progestin, so it should cause some similar issues to progesterone (relaxin). Maybe a smaller compounded dose of progesterone? Maybe higher prolactin helped? That seems odd, maybe downstairs was adding an androgen other than T/DHT that was helping...

Odd, I cannot be on cypro as it causes severe depressive/PMDD-like episodes. I found bica and syranil more tolerable. I am on syranil (which shuts down endogenous gonad sex hormone production) which means I can add the desired amount of T back in. I can't do zero T, as much sicker.

Hey, so anybody with LC/POTS/MECFS who is transsexual transfem and on HRT know what to do with hormones? I can't figure it out. Monotherapy/high E seems to make POTS worse but improves chronic pain. Prog stabilises MCAS and sleep, but worsens EDS. My endo/gp have no idea.

I should note I've been there, and being harassed online on a much smaller scale has led both to "crazyposting", a worsening of my CPTSD/BPD and ideation/attempts. You may notice this routinely happens to all trans women of note. Sure, going offline helps, but shouldn't have to.
