I don't have a fancy packing machine, so when I pack my laser cut goodies I have to wrap them by hand with cling wrap

Image shows a stack of laser cut mdf, a stack of the same MDF wrapped in cling wrap and a small hand roller for wrapping kits

Van is all packed up for a community games day tomorrow It was because of people buying stuff off my etsy store and directly from me that I was able to pay for all this stuff for people in the community to use #nerdlings

i couldn't get into the FFG one either, the revised version is based on 3.5 DND which is what i was always more comfortable with

i really want to run another star wars campaign, though i tend to stick to the d20 revised version

110

Aaron (Tytan Wargaming) @tytanwargaming.bsky.social · 11/09/2025

it was the same with acolyte, peolle hated it because it doesn't make the jedi look like some perfect organisation, all of star wars is just the story of how the jedi screwed up this time

110

Aaron (Tytan Wargaming) @tytanwargaming.bsky.social · 11/09/2025

there are parts of it i love, there are parts of it i don't, i don't think it deserves the hate it got just because it was new

110

Aaron (Tytan Wargaming) @tytanwargaming.bsky.social · 21/08/2025

it is, i use the money from the sales to supply stuff for the local gaming groups so it's more frustrating that i won't be able to do that for a bit

020

Aaron (Tytan Wargaming) @tytanwargaming.bsky.social · 21/08/2025

i've only every made 4-5 sales, so it's not going to send me broke, but this is meant to be me selling stuff i make anyway i don't want to go through loads of drama for $100 a month

120

Aaron (Tytan Wargaming) @tytanwargaming.bsky.social · 21/08/2025

because i run through etsy and can't get details from them or exclude the US from purchases i'm having to stopp all international orders until i can fix postage up and see what happens

120

Aaron (Tytan Wargaming) @tytanwargaming.bsky.social · 21/08/2025

i've had to suspend all international shipping since on etsy i can't exclude the US from ordering, i over the next few weeks be able to add countries back in one at a time, i don't sell a lot of stuff but this is going to make it hard to sell anything if you live outside the US DM me for sales

i've all but stopped painting and playing, i find joy now in helping others locally play more, i make and sell terrain kits to fund terrain for local events and to help fund me running my own events

My favourite was that GW make special 2 foot tall versions of some models so that the paint team can get better detail for the box art. This came up when mephiston was revealed

I don't think I can sell this one because the inspiration came from someone else, but I call it the battle station, designs for keeping track of objective and challenge cards for 40k games

Image shows a laser cut MDF board that is designed to hold objective cards, it has 3 cut outs for different objective cards and a spinning section with numbers on it to keep track of command points

In Seymour today for a 2,000 pt 40k tournament. I have loaned them 9 tables of terrain and 9 battle mats to use for free. I want to see people playing games, so i'm providing support for local events, if you have an event and you live in central Victoria reach out about how i can help you

like many legislations they do go too far, but like many types of legislations involving kids it shouldn't be needed if parents would actually be involved with their kids lives

i'm in australia and honestly i agreed with the majority of the anti social media ban, especially after one of my boys was attacked at school by kids who organised the attack on snapchat, they were all aged 9-12

I really hope other Australians watching this ask themselves that if this is how these cops treat international journalists on live camera: How must they be treating their own people when no-one is watching?

Eldar Corsair painted in the gay men pride flag colors, and his little gay bird ! That one took quite a toll on me. I really challenged myself with the cape freehand, and painting the bird alone took a lot of time. Hope it was worth it :') #warhammercommunity #warhammer40k
