Reminds me of this development in Hendersonville. It’s pretty nice to see this in a city comprised largely of ranch-style homes on larger lots (no sidewalks included) and newer subdivisions with 500+ homes and a single entry point.

Maryland and Virginia had the 3rd and 11th highest median household income in 2023, respectively. Imagine wanting to split from these states and join West Virginia, which was ranked 2nd lowest. This is not to mention the several other quality of life indicators that tell a similar story.

Dude, we just had a referendum to allow BRT because rail failed at the ballot box years ago. We’re getting new buses and bus lanes for now which is ok because we have to walk before we can run.
