Rai. And the injury Crepus received from the delusion is now a scar on the right side of his stomach that is still tender to this day. The delusion also caused some muscle damage in that general area and some nerve damage to the hand he wore it on.

Rai. I also imagine Crepus being rather frail and a bit sick And that is one of the things that prevented him from becoming a knight in the first place. Due to his fragile state he was unable to keep up with the Knight's training , therefore unable to pass the entrance exams.
