Ah, I understand now. Yes, that'd be a great start for those struggling with empathy. I'm not supporting these policies, however. This discussion started when I questioned what Mark Kelly did that put him on an antitrans list of democrats. This policy in the budget did? Then I was asking about it.

To be fair, there's so much unhinged stuff he says that this is borderline believable. It's just that there's no way his staff would have let him say something so obviously stupid is why this one gets factchecked.

I was going to say, trafficking children is not legal. But I think you mean that they do the child marriages in the legal state so they just have to cross state borders, right? In that way, illegal trafficking still happens under the pretense of a legal ceremony in those other states.
