ngl, this art slaps. I forgot if I posted it already. If I did you are blessed twice! #ZidJourney

Two cartoony dinosaurs are bug-hunting. There are flashing pair of eyes hidden in the shadows in the background. Moth-like insects are flying towards the viwer, outside the frame.

Been thinking about it too much lol

A diagram showing dividing lines at nods suggesting alluring to phylogenetics. The like starts from the top with "the common ancestors: gambling & arcade + tabletop & sports". Then it splits at "action, adventure, puzzle". And then each line divides to: left branch - Other and Cozy, right branch: Anime and Horror

Dang, the blue one is so pretty! I missed the first KS as the news was travelling slowly to my young self in Poland. Lucky you! I also got Psittaco and proto as a fun extra. I got the gray smaller rex too, but I removed the ... Neck-foreskin and filled the gap with a kneaded eraser xD

I like putting them in dynamic angles and pretending I'm filming a doc or that I am a motion capture camera. Or just being silly with it.

What the post says. The dinosaur bones are meticulously drawn until the drawing reaches the neck and head, which hilariously drops in effort

I checked you account before. You butt in into a random convo to stir up and provoke people, always with the same agenda, and with very bot-y lingo. You are a sea lion.

The iconic sealioning comic. It is drawn in black-white inks. The characters are: a human couple, and the sealion. The lion butting in a random overheard conversation. The animal is a prick and keeps following the pair, demanding answers. The couple is very annoyed by this.

Thx guys. Tested both. Did some quick animations and whatnot. Pixquare is pretty good. Pixaki is ok too, just I found the other more fit for my needs. Unfinished test sprite for funz. As you can see, after my last visit in the botanical garden, my mind is into shrimps.

Mega Beedril is quadruped, but the abdomen reads like a real abdomen with stings, so I can hardly call it gun-like

130 0

twarda.bsky.social @twarda.bsky.social · 02/06/2026

Same logic as Naganadel. The ideal spot to place a gun-like sting. It's just less innuendo (see: the digimon's vpet sprite) and more abdomen-like as it isn't split in half. I suspect Mothmon's abdomen is designed to be able to close and open. But the lil guy has never been animated afaik...

So. I'm digging into PoPoLoCrois. I've been playing the PSP game since my partner bought the UMD, which was ca. April. I enjoy the charm. Thinking of returning to it on PS1, for the full experience. TIL the creator of the series passed away on April 10 :( RIP.

Got you there my assorted bug digimon: 1. cutesy bugs 2. kinda cool, weird, or interesting bugs 3. humanoid bugs (the top left is actually an insanely good design) 4. actual bangers, in which (surprisingly) the sword is another kuwagamon, and the rhino is another kabuterimon.

As for me. Unless doing comic book coloring, I tend to use thick acid-free papers when possible. I carry a small pallete + waterbrush with me. Makeshift/modded my own palette boxes for years but also tried the Windsor's here. A friend gifted me an actual dedicated metal box this month! Exciting!

A palette box made out of an audio cassette case.

Custom palette box made out of a fish bait box (or something like that) with printed color reference on top. And a newly received metal one.

Paint testing and palette assembly. A mess. Destroying a moleskin sketchbook for this purpose (the company uses AI now, no respect for them but I can't just waste resources)

There is a reason the social media services stagnate. The younger generation simply have better outlets to socialize digitally. It's *us* stuck to boomer-like services and tapering out🤷‍♀️ Bonus: My bum realized I cut off one text so here's the errata.

Twitter is a Nazi service ruled by an idiot. So as a Pole, I refuse to use it.
Meta is a predatory service ruled by a socio-psychopath. An absolute scum of a human, and his service is used mainly by retired boomers and botscams. I am forced to use it for the local communities; Facebook monopolised everything in the 2000s and killed nearly every regional equivalent. It's virtually the only place non-asian people can use to contact people in their mother language.
Instagram is Facebook's evil brother: a drug dealer. Made to exploit the human psyche on a similar level to YouTube's. Atrocious rat race service made to exhaust you and humiliate your humanity.

And there is Mastodon which I have absolutely no idea how to bite that one. It's just a weird geeky boomer space ig. Tumblr is dead and whenever it tries to rise from the grave another corporate bullshit pins it down. DeviantArt currently is a money laundering platform disguised as an art gallery...

On the other hand the young demographics have TikTok and Roblox, maybe some Insta. This is where their main growing up playground is. You won't see an influx of new users in a boomer-like service when you have TikTok, Discord, and Roblox or Minecraft
So it's ya, adults like gen z, millennials, xennials making up the spaces you are all doing marketing in. These people have lives, health, families, and eventually dying to take care of

Incredible timing as I recently expressed my explanation why there is not much traffic or growth on Bluesky. What I forgot about were the chatbots...

I mean on the other hand have you seen what happens in the biggest consumer market to whom every media and product hoping to get *any* recognition is tailored to?

USAnians live in a hell of a country, the country's politics influence the entire world, real life looks grim and I'm sure that consuming social media is a lesser priority to many adults now.

$And BlueSky is only a fraction of what once was Twitter. And it's heavily fractured too. It's a miracle it actually took off considering the service was going to be some shady crypto scheme service made by an ex-Twitter techbro$
