Well, Clubland has started to impress me with some of these newer programmes. It's nice to see they're including some songs that isn't Martin Solveig - Intoxicated or some Calvin Harris song from the mid 2010s. I've also spotted a programme reaching up until 2026... Loving it!

Quite an interesting find - This Now 90s00s programme is quoting 'Planet Pop' a channel that has not existed for over 10 years! Planet Pop was replaced with Chilled TV in 2015, which then went on to become Chilled 90s, Now 90s and finally (and currently) Now Rock.

In the past few days, NOW Music have made a Eurovision countdown programme to coincide with the forthcoming Eurovision Song Contest of 2025. It includes Duncan James from Blue fronting, with initial and further airings on NOW 80s and NOW 90s & 00s. -F (1/2)

Rick Buckler, drummer of The Jam, sadly passed away on the 17th at the age of 69. NOW 80s has been running tribute programs throughout the day as well as late last night.

That's TV has been removed from the 'TV channels not currently available on Sky Glass or Sky Stream' list. The channels were not on this morning when I checked so I will have a look when I get back tonight. The list also suggests that Eurosport has been removed from Sky Glass.

London Live closed just after midnight. The 10:30 film "Bottoms Up" overran by about 20 minutes and as soon as they returned from a break, the film cut off. On Freeview, it's switched to a feed broadcasting TRUE CRIME, whilst on Sky it's completely blank.

The VEVO app will be discontinued from the 31st of January, throughout 11 territories in the United States, Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Mexico, Spain, and the United Kingdom. It is also being removed from Sky Q boxes in the UK on the 31st.

It seems a lot of Clubland's 'new' programmes are just renames of old programmes. 25 Bonkers 00s videos has been broadcast since 2018, whilst the 'Nutty Gems' version from 2025 has the same countdown. Interestingly they're playing the one with the old title right now!

Had a skimthrough of some That's 60s blocks just now, the playlist looks to have had a makeover. New listings indicate a focus specifically on live performances, e.g. performances on variety TV shows. A majority of the videos also go out in the correct aspect ratio. A comparison is below:

From early this morning: That's TV are still airing programmes under the That's Christmas branding. There's no indication as to when they'll revert back to That's TV 3. Despite this, the logo was recently added to Virgin's database.

Clubland appears to be updating some of their music video masters, the video for Madonna's Hung Up used to be 4:3 stretched to 16:9, but now plays out in the original 4:3 and looks much higher quality.
