Almost exactly a year ago @decatur30030.bsky.social took us to see John Lithgow as Roald Dahl in #Giant on the West End. I knew nothing about Dahl except that he wrote some of my favorite stories. No spoilers, but, Lithgow deserves that #Tony for teaching me about separating the art from the artist.

Great day! My 80+ year old mom took hubs and I to SPAAACEEE! #InfiniteAtlanta at #PullmanYards is a very cool VR trip to the International Space Station which I highly recommend. Only gripe: Too short. Incredible to experience the ISS from inside and out.

24 mos ago, I had basically 0️⃣ 🏥 experience. Since then: 3 admissions in two years. Weird milestone. A vicious gut bug got me, but after 5 days of care from UNFAZEABLE medical pros & a husb who dropped everything, I’m 🏠 & well. Here’s hoping my next hospital experience is just Season 3 of #ThePitt.

Just FYI from a Georgia transplant who was mildly traumatized the 1st time he saw one: A "Pear Salad" is half a canned pear topped with a dollop of Mayo (preferably Hellmann's or Duke's), sprinkled with bagged shredded cheddar cheese. If you are being fancy, you may top with a maraschino cherry.
