I looked up via Google the estimated population of metro LA is about 12.9 million. The estimated population of metro San Diego is about 2.3 million. Thats about 15 million innocent civilians. In what universe is this morally ok?! GOP was silent about it today. This is just scary and wrong!

There also needs to be a limit how much a med’s price can go up annually for life sustaining meds like insulin, breathing medications, cancer drugs, antivirals & antibiotics. If a pt needs the med or treatment to live, all efforts must be made to assist the patient to afford the med. 2/2

I am happy to report my big girl 🐢has worked hard and is down another 15 grams on her vet prescribed diet. The growth on her butt(not cancer per vet) is no longer irritated from rubbing on her shell. The vet is pleased and so is turtle mom. Good work my big lovable turtle girl 😊❤️🐢

I wish you good luck. ❤️ Definitely brave to eat packaged salads if you live in the US. I suspect companies which make these kinds of salads will go out of business or see salad sales drop 60-70 percent if not already. 🤦‍♀️

There should be a requirement of a passed empathy test in order to run for president of the US. If a candidate doesn’t have any empathy, they are missing a key skill to perform the job well. Move on to another candidate.

My 1 overweight 20 yr turtle went to the vet today. She hasn’t been eating her veggies. Not like she doesn’t get them. Vet gave her a vitamin shot & wants her to eat veg 5 days/week & 2 days/week she can have pellets & insects. Any ideas to help get my turtle to eat veg? My other 3 turtles eat veg.🤔

As a turtlemom, I treasure this photo of my first adopted turtle girl who passed from cancer years ago. The small turtle is now grown up and is my largest girl now. They shared a close bond. As a mom, you always remember and treasure your kids. Be it 2 legs or 4 legs. You want the best for them. ❤️

Good advice.👍You or a family member try to write down everything changed/added to medicine list, new allergies,new medical problem or treatment/surgery to problem list so other members of medical team outside the hospital can be filled in. Theres a real delay getting records to primarycare offices.

Cleaned my tortoise boy’s face today with a warmed up Q-tip. He is more apt to allow a wet warmed Q-tip to gently wipe his face clean of any dust debris and any skin segment shedding about his nose & top of head. I’m careful of his eyes of course. Afterwards, he suns under the lights.

So, I drove by a gas station with cheapest gas is $3.499 per gallon today. 2 days ago it was 3.299. So, about 10 cents a day the price goes up. It will be 10 days to bring it to $4.499 per gallon if the rate of increase stays the same.

Thought exercise- We are told the US is oil self sufficient. In 7 days, gas prices have gone up over 30 cents a gallon. 1) The US isn’t oil self sufficient. Or- 2) Oil companies are fleecing US consumers because they can get away with it. I’m thinking it’s 2.☹️

I saw the movie, Respect, about the life of Aretha Franklin. Gave me goose bumps hearing her heavenly vocals. I can only imagine what she might have sung in our present to give us strength to carry on & give us hope for a better future. She was an incredible inspiration to so many & she is missed.❤️🙏
