It's been less than 24 hours since I finished my first playthrough of Dead Space (remake) and I really liked it. Story felt a bit simple/predictable but gameplay was smooth and the pacing of upgrades and new mechanics was pretty much perfect!

It also enter the uncanny valley territory and looks like trash imo... Just let games have their style. Not everything has to be hyper realistic! *Added gif of peak character design as reference*

That's fair, I loved jumping from roof to roof, just barely hanging on with the hook in revelations but I guess going back now things like janky animations and whack storylines would be really of putting. I'm quite content just having those memories really *insert razbuten video here*

Crazy with a series so long and with such s devoted fanbase which peak at the third game. Brotherhood and revelations kinda moggs the rest imo😂

I really loved the series... When I was 12. I remember the day I learned about AC4 and I remember feeling entirely defeated knowing it was going to be more of the same I already played in 5 games but now with slow boat battles. I stopped my AC3 Playthrough that day and never looked back.

I really don’t give a shit anymore. I’m done hand-holding explaining myself in the kindness way possible as a trans person, only to be told I’m the asshole by people who refuse even the slightest discomfort. Show up for us or don’t. I’ll fight with and for people who do.

I'd rather watch someone's first time playthrough of the entire series in one go than watch that movie, sheesh!

2. You go with games of the same genre. I.e for me I played Silksong. Followed by other metroidvanias. I did a combo of both, so I played Dark Souls while streaming Silksong cause of the dark vibes and then I could branch out to other soulslikes like Lies of P!

I might actually have some insights here. I got super lucky with the release of Silksong going from about 100 subs on YouTube to 1400 now. I'd say you have two choices when you start getting an audience. 1. Go with games that give off the same vibe (visually, emotionally, story wise)

Me saying: “voting isn’t how you effect real change.” People hear: “oh so you just want people to not do anything, and are arguing for voter apathy!” What? No, I’m doing a call to action! Go out and show politicians the change we want in this world. Politicians are only ever reactionary to us.

Conservatives have so throughly dehumanized anyone not like them that they really are just out here cheering on the extrajudicial murder of an American citizen too. She’s just a queer liberal woman, all reasons she’s not really human, so of course she was fine for her to be murdered by the state.

In 2026 wizzy is looking for video editing work! I can do video essays, shorts, narration, podcasts, audio mixing, talking head video and more. While most of my experience is in gaming I'm open to anything. My style is detail oriented to let the voice of a piece sing without distraction.

I’m not sure how to even express my feelings at how absolutely terrifying what Trump is doing right now. It’s so blatantly illegal, intentionally so, and so flagrant and disgusting. Fuck this man, and fuck this country’s imperial machine.

Look, if you're feeling tempted, let me review Hogwarts Legacy for you real quick: it's shite. My feelings about JKR and the compromised status of the Wizard Boy franchise aside, the game is bad. No shade to the developers, who no doubt worked hard, but it's a stinker

So after a few years of making video essays... my second channel for live streams was accepted into the youtube partner program after a few months of streaming Silksong. I will be making videos on there as well! Episode 1 and 2 of how Silksong broke me are already available. youtu.be/lEGSbqKMsvs?...
