I think you've hit the nail on the head for me too. It's the one I dislike the most too, and the reasons make sense. Maybe it's the consumerism that makes me dislike "spooky month" and the run-up (run-down) to Christmas...

Oh god yeah I can imagine! Some things don't change (e.g. a Christmas sale) but the seasons definitely do... Things international marketing teams don't seem to think about!

Maybe, but to me it looks careless, like you have an international marketing team that doesn't localise. It makes it LESS likely I'll open the email let alone buy anything... Autumn is only two letters longer after all.

I now understand why the French language resisted English words appearing in it. I'm seeing more and more Americanisms making its way into English...

Maybe it's the warmer than usual weather, but right now I'm not feeling spooky season. I usually don't feel in the mood til closer anyway. I like summer, and it almost feels like admitting summer is over!

Now that my old bank card has expired, I can share a weird quirk... The security code was 000. I didn't even know 000 was possible. It didn't cause a problem on any sites - until a month or two ago when a site wouldn't accept it. I had to use a different card that time. But yeah. 000. How odd.

I am hoping that the success of arranging screenings in the US and UK means they’ll consider it for other countries too, next time! The atmosphere is brilliant! And yeah, this is my favourite season by far!

Well, seems folks would like to see all #biceptember related art, so I'll gradually share them. Here's the first! Seritus and Tungro, having grown larger than normal, wanted to celebrate! But where to find beers large enough? At the brewery of course! Art by Sarsencat (hence the brewery name!)

Hah, nice one! I was shuttle pilot and although I created a little bit of a shuttle-shaped dent in the main ship, I did some pretty great evasive manoeuvres around mines and chasing agile enemy ships :D
