Well, seems folks would like to see all #biceptember related art, so I'll gradually share them. Here's the first! Seritus and Tungro, having grown larger than normal, wanted to celebrate! But where to find beers large enough? At the brewery of course! Art by Sarsencat (hence the brewery name!)

Pharmacist Makari is a pharmacist for real, and it's awesome he's offering advice! I've popped my ambient medication in my fridge anyway. We have the room, and it feels like the right thing to do, especially since we've had so many days of really hot and humid weather. Better safe than sorry!

Have you got medications? Check if they need to be kept cool. A lot of meds need to be kept below 25°C. The supplied leaflet should say (usually section 5 for UK meds). Do your meds look discoloured? Smell odd? Changed texture? Check with a pharmacist in case it's been heat-damaged.

It feels really weird knowing that the Eurovision first semi-final is on but I'm not watching it this year. I chose to boycott it due to the EBU's poor handling of all the Israel issues. I can't morally support what Netanyahu is doing. I hope I can watch it again next year... but I doubt it.

Today I too got a COVID booster jab at my own expense. It's not cheap but after having gone through COVID in January, I don't want to catch it again at CFz... and if I do, I hope it'll be mild. In and out of the pharmacy in mere minutes. Easy.

I really don't think the Greens will win our local area, despite really hoping they will. They have done no leafletting and put up no signs. And we have a lot of older voters who aren't as tech-savvy, so a lack of leaflets/signs means they just aren't reached.
