Based on the materials provided, the Court does not require the additional conference on
October 13, 2026 and such conference is adjourned. The Court finds that (1) the present motion

It’s hard to remember this kind of thing when I go to my local for a hamburger and it’s gone from $12.99 to $15.99. Also gets hard to support those smaller joints who have to raise prices significantly because they don’t have a corporate pricing discount. This doesn’t feel like “winning”.
