Yes!! You can insert them after the fact, check YouTube! you just pick up one leg of each stitch and put your lifeline through before frogging and then pick them back up off the line. Much better than having to redo from scratch at least! ❤️❤️

Geez that’s ridiculous when we can see it’s probably stuck going round and round in their facility. I had a package going to a customer once that did something like this, I sent them a replacement and then one day the original showed up for them. Hoping for that for you, too!

The timestamps being 12 hours apart to the minute tells me either there’s something weird happening with their automation or it’s stuck somewhere in their facility. I would recommend calling them and also showing them those timestamps!
