They're just short sessions compared to gloves but the IRA waves penetrate deeper compared to the IRC of mats/gloves. The lamp gets really hot and also heats up plastic really well so it's nothing to have on all the time while working. 100

I quite like Krita but I only use it for sketching (and then I print it for tracing), so I don't know if it can compare in brush quality and feel. Gimp is evil though. 110
