The States need to figure out a way to be in control of the federal tax dollars they pay. Rather than employer to Fed it could be employer to the States Federal Tax Fund. No one else is following the laws! Imagine CA having control of their Fed tax $? Power to the States.

Shit like this does not seem to happen in HBCUs. Obviously black men are being brought up to respect women. My white family was so fucking toxic yet blessed with poverty. Gave me the opportunity to live & grow in Black neighborhoods. I learned respect & white privilege.
