just adding that when they show you the design, don’t worry about seeming ungracious by asking for repeated alterations until you’re satisfied. it sounds obvious, but you can find yourself not wanting to be a ‘difficult’ customer and just go along. resist that feeling. a good artist will understand.

thermal pads/paste transfer heat from computer components (cpu/vram/m.2 ssd) to heatsinks, they’re sandwiched between them. blue pads can break down over time and turn into blue dust. you need to replace them if so or the components will eventually overheat.
