Migrated my db server from Neon (19$/month) to a VPS running on Hetzner ($5) month. Data migration is done and not that difficult. Server load is pretty good. Let's see how it goes when more users visit whichpack.com #buildinpublic #dev

Traffic of whichpack.com after launch is stabilizing around 120 visitors per day. I would say it's pretty good compared to my previous products. (And... it didn't even exist 8 days ago) Thing can be improved: 42% bounce rate is pretty high #buildinpublic

Also many users see this page. Which is useless AF. They see it mostly because their account is not in any starter packs or my crawler has not reach these packs yet. 💡 Ideas: - 🤔 Showing them search box to search for other account - 🤔 Show them all the starter packs. So they can explore?

SaaS founder should utilize data analytics for understanding how user use their app. I find that Metabase is the easiest tool for you to get there. Here is a quick demo I made in 2 minutes (one-shot). (Video is sped up 2x) #buildinpublic
