✔️ Protege a estudiantes y educadores
- Los hogares con niños menores inscritos en uno de los distritos escolares de Anaheim no pueden ser desalojados durante el año escolar.
- Los educadores que trabajan en uno de los distritos escolares de Anaheim no pueden ser desalojados durante el año escolar.
✔️ Vecindarios más seguros y hogares saludables
- Limita los desalojos sin razón justificada para que la gente pueda quedarse en sus hogares y no termine sin casa.
- Los inquilinos podrán exigir a los propietarios que arreglen las malas condiciones de vivienda.
✔️ Mantiene unidas a nuestras comunidades
- Crea una junta de rentas compuesta por residentes locales, para que los propietarios y los inquilinos no tengan que gastar tiempo y dinero en la corte.
- Los propietarios deben informar a los inquilinos sobre sus derechos en el idioma que habla el residente.
✔️ Aumentos de renta predecibles y razonables
- Establece aumentos anuales de renta predeterminados al 80% de la inflación, con un máximo del 3% (actualmente, la ley estatal permite un máximo del 10%, ¡y no todas las rentas están cubiertas!).
- Restablece la renta base al 1 de enero de 2026.
