#DeTransLaw adjacent update. Lee v. Poudre has been Denied Cert by SCOTUS. This is one of a couple cases by parents claiming their child was secretly transitioned at school. This case was initially Dismissed by the District Court and the ruling Affirmed by the 10th Circuit.

It really sucks Newsom vetoed the HRT and PreP access bills. The stockpile veto is going to hurt. That said, given everything he has been saying this year, signing 8 out of 10 bills is a win for grassroots activists and the legislators filing the bills. It shows your pressure has worked!
